Well Worth The Purchase For Any Fallout Fans Out There

The Wastelands is a part of the Commonwealth in the game New Vegas. It's location can be found in the southwest part of the Nevada map. When the Courier approaches this location, they'll be greeted by an irradiated wasteland filled with dead raider and NCR soldiers, as well as some brand new creatures. After killing all the soldiers, you have the chance to go further into the Wasteland, and this leads the Courier right into HEL.

The overhaul adds much more than just trees and plants to the wastes. The wasteland Flora and Terrain overhaul mod add over 100 new plants and trees to the game. The gamer, upon reaching this part of the game, sets their sights on several new desert plants like cactus, desert sunflowers, and over trees. However, what really grabs the player's attention are the new creatures that spawn throughout the game. Vipers, Darts, Giant ants, Centipedes, and Scorpids, are all featured in this mod and each one adds to the already exciting game play.

The interior lighting overhaul allows players to see better through the night. This is achieved by adding more natural light to certain areas of the map, which will also help you in finding your way around without the help of the compass, or NVidia's guide. Icons can also be added to your computer screens, which helps when you're lost. Other minor changes that I didn't get to mention are the sounds, which were much more crisp and realistic than before. All in all, the game play is much more smooth and realistic now, which makes it worth playing for anyone who liked the original version.
